The website management within the General Department of Media and Corporate Communication is responsible for publishing and reviewing content and providing feedback as deemed appropriate in alignment with the Municipality’s media and communication presence and its objectives. Relevant departments within the Municipality are responsible for creating electronic content according to their areas of specialization, with continuous follow-up to update their content. Each department must assign a liaison officer to ensure the quality of the submitted content (accuracy of information, approvals… etc.), and must provide the content management team with any updates related to published materials on the official Municipality website and respond promptly to content-related requirements from the General Department of Media and Corporate Communication.

General Principles:

· Ensuring high quality of published content in terms of writing style, clarity of ideas, and smooth expression.

· Content must not violate website regulations or state laws.

· No content that infringes upon others’ privacy may be added.

· Ensuring content accuracy and that it is free from linguistic and spelling errors.

· Organizing content so that it appears consistent, well-structured, and visually appropriate.
