Based on the memorandum of understanding signed by His Excellency the Mayor of Al-Bahah Region, Dr. Ali bin Muhammad Al-Sawat, with the Deaf Center in Al-Baha, His Excellency the Mayor of Qilwah Governorate, Eng.
